We are confident that the jewelry item you purchased online will exceed your expectations and delight you with its craftsmanship and beauty. However, if you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange any unworn item within 14 days – no questions asked!
To qualify for a refund an item must be in its original condition, free of obvious wear and tear. We will need the original Certificate of Authenticity and/or any other type of certification that may have been sent with the product. The business card and any promotional items/gifts that are sent by Oz Gems with the product for no additional charge can be kept by the buyer. Items that have been damaged, altered, engraved or sized (by a jeweler other than Oz Gems), and custom-made pieces (jewelry not listed on our website) will not be accepted for return.
Securely package and insure your product. Please have your address and name clearly printed on the box.
If you would prefer to exchange products, you can do it at Jewel Arena main store. If you wish to contact us please call our HOTLINE +94 (0)77 20 78 412 any time between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., from Sunday to Saturday, 7 days a week to assist with exchange. We will be unable to release the exchanged product until the original product has been received. However, we can reserve the product to ensure you receive the product of your choice.
Additionally, any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.
